The COVID-19 pandemic caused significant problems for companies all around the world in 2020.
At the same time, the pandemic ushered in a period of rapid transformation for businesses all over the world, the success of which might have far-reaching consequences for the livelihood of so many employees and as well as their households.
When the worldwide pandemic crisis initially hit, top companies around the world prioritized their staff.
Statista conducted a poll consisting of 150,000 employees from 58 different countries who were employed by global corporations and establishments to compile this list.
Participants were able to freely express their viewpoints because all of the questionnaires were confidential.
The participants were asked how likely they were to suggest their current place of employment to their own circle of friends and family.
The participants were then asked to give feedback on other corporations in their fields that stood out, whether positively or negatively.
Companies were evaluated on a variety of criteria, including participants’ perceptions of them, the companies’ economic impact, their commitment to talent development, their treatment of women and minorities, and their commitment to social responsibility.
The final list included the 750 businesses with the highest overall scores.
