The COVID-19 pandemic caused significant problems for companies all around the world in 2020.<\/p>\n
At the same time, the pandemic\u00a0ushered in a period of rapid transformation for businesses all over the world, the success of which might have far-reaching consequences for the livelihood\u00a0of so many employees\u00a0and as well as their\u00a0households.<\/p>\n
When the worldwide pandemic crisis initially hit, top companies around the world prioritized their staff.<\/p>\n
Statista conducted a poll consisting of 150,000 employees from 58 different countries who were employed by global corporations and establishments to compile this list.<\/p>\n
Participants were able to freely express their viewpoints because all of the questionnaires were confidential.<\/p>\n
The participants were asked how likely they were to suggest their current place of employment to their own circle of friends and family.<\/p>\n
The participants were then asked to give feedback on other corporations in their fields that stood out, whether positively or negatively.<\/p>\n
Companies were evaluated on a variety of criteria, including participants’ perceptions of them, the companies’ economic impact, their commitment to talent development, their treatment of women and minorities, and their commitment to social responsibility.<\/p>\n
The final list included the 750 businesses with the highest overall scores.<\/p>\n
