Companies must ensure that all employees, regardless of their backgrounds, feel valued.

Likewise, be sure to account for language differences and expectations if you really want everybody to feel included. 

In essence,  you put the business in a strong place to think in culturally diverse ways when you make an effort to recruit for diversity.

In essence, companies that are diverse and inclusive produce innovative results. 

Every person, from senior executives to frontline workers, must see and understand their position in company culture.

This entails recognizing gaps in employee experience and values across the company so that change can be tailored to each person.
